Job Description
As a Senior Engineer at Putrajaya Power Station, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve coordinating maintenance strategies and ensuring seamless execution of maintenance tasks. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes reliability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Coordinate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) activities to enhance plant reliability.
- Conduct regular reviews of maintenance performance reports.
- Manage major outages and ensure adherence to maintenance guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Operations team for seamless maintenance execution.
- Provide expert support in troubleshooting and regulatory inspections.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the maintenance team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum eight years of working experience
Familiar with power plant operation and maintenance
Proficient in Reliability Centered Maintenance methodologies
Experience with project management software
Strong communication skills with stakeholders
Commitment to HSE principles
Ability to manage budgets and timelines
