Role Summary

This role is for a Senior Event Executive responsible for planning and managing events to support client campaigns and enhance brand visibility. The position involves overseeing the event process from planning through production and logistics coordination.

Job Description

As a Senior Event Executive, you will work closely with the Events team to host engaging events that contribute to the success of client campaigns, brand identity, and visibility. You will be responsible for delivering event objectives and managing the entire event process from start to finish, including planning, production, and logistics coordination.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in a related field.

At least 3-5 years experience in handling virtual or physical events.

Experience in project management with a track record of successful events.

Problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinker.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (Chinese is a bonus).

Able to multi-task, work independently and work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Must be able to drive a car as main means of transport.
