Job Description
The IT Intern will support the daily operations of the IT & Technology Department by assisting in technical support, maintenance of hardware and software systems, managing company assets, and providing troubleshooting and documentation support. The role ensures smooth technical operations across the company and involves tasks such as installation, configuration, user access setup, and liaising with vendors.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.
Strong interest in IT support, asset management, and learning new technologies.
Detail-oriented, with good organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
Possessing own transport is an added advantage (for offsite/event-based support).
