Senior Executive, Consumer Documentation – Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad

The Senior Executive, Consumer Documentation is responsible for overseeing the completion of the security documentation process. This role ensures compliance with all conditions precedent and pre-disbursement covenants while collaborating with various stakeholders.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations related to consumer documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing of security documents. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong attention to detail and effective communication with internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the completion of the security documentation process.
• Ensure compliance with all conditions precedent and pre-disbursement covenants.
• Check solicitors’ letters of advice for release.
• Complete disbursement enforcement documentation within agreed turnaround times.
• Update the Consumer Master Tracker on loan statuses.
• Follow up on outstanding documents with various stakeholders.
• Lodge security documents with the Custodian Unit.
