This role is for a Senior Executive in Customer Portfolio Management responsible for acquiring new bank customers and expanding the existing customer portfolio through various strategies and initiatives. It involves planning and executing campaigns, events, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer relationships across all consumer products.
This role is responsible for acquiring new-to-bank customers through omnichannel strategies and across all consumer products. It also involves analyzing and growing the bank's existing customer portfolio through cross-selling and up-selling campaigns and initiatives, as well as planning and executing events and activities.
Degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred.
Competent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
An individual with a growth mindset, and a passion for leveraging insights to develop campaigns, communications, and programs.
The role requires a passion for results, a commitment to action-oriented analysis, an attitude that anything is possible, and a relentless focus on the customer.
