Role Summary
The Senior Executive/Executive in Financial Reporting is responsible for managing month-end closing and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining financial integrity and compliance within the organization.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with various departments to support financial processes and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Process journals and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
- Liaise with Accounts Receivable and Payable to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support tax filings and budget forecasts with accurate data.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance financial reporting processes.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting or partial professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
At least 2/5 years' working experience preferably in the Property Development industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably knowledgeable in using IFCA system.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
Excellent team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
