This role focuses on enhancing the leasing and marketing strategies of AEON Mall Nilai. The Senior Executive will engage with the community, manage tenant relationships, and coordinate events to drive foot traffic and sales.
Job Description
The Senior Executive, Leasing & Marketing is responsible for coordinating local events, developing public relations with local authorities, managing casual leasing, conducting market surveys, and supporting tenants through various initiatives. This role also involves organizing tenant briefings, monitoring sales, and managing the Information Counter services to enhance customer experience.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail mall management.
Ability to read, write and converse in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Strong written and verbal reporting skills.
Independent, responsible, self-motivated, and resourceful.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to work shift hours.
