The Senior Executive, Leasing & Marketing is responsible for coordinating local events and developing public relations with local authorities. This role significantly impacts tenant relations and customer experience within the retail environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing leasing operations and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with tenants and local authorities to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate local events to promote the retail space.
- Develop and maintain public relations with local authorities.
- Manage casual leasing agreements and tenant relationships.
- Conduct market surveys to assess retail trends.
- Organize tenant briefings to communicate important updates.
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage Information Counter services to enhance customer experience.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail mall management.
Ability to read, write and converse in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Strong written and verbal reporting skills.
Independent, responsible, self-motivated, and resourceful.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to work shift hours.
