Job Description
In this role, the Senior Executive will engage in day-to-day coordination with consultants and contractors, conducting site inspections and preparing project progress reports. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor Civil & Structural works to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Liaise with consultants and contractors to facilitate project execution.
- Review technical submissions and provide feedback for improvements.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
- Ensure all works adhere to safety requirements and regulations.
Job Requirements
Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil and structural works within property development or construction projects.
Proven experience in managing large-scale property development projects from feasibility to completion.
Proficient in English language.
Willingness to work in Penang.
