Job Description
The Senior Executive in Property Development will coordinate and monitor Civil & Structural works to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include liaising with consultants and contractors, reviewing technical submissions, conducting site inspections, and preparing project progress reports. The role requires timely resolution of technical issues and ensuring all works adhere to safety requirements.
Job Requirements
Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil and structural works within property development or construction projects.
Proven experience in managing large-scale property development projects from feasibility to completion.
Proficient in English language.
Willingness to work in Penang.
