SENIOR EXECUTIVE, PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT – IJM Corporation Berhad

The Senior Executive, Property Development is responsible for coordinating and monitoring Civil & Structural works to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This role plays a crucial part in managing large-scale property development projects, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues while adhering to safety requirements.

In this role, the Senior Executive will engage in day-to-day coordination with consultants and contractors, conducting site inspections and preparing project progress reports. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor Civil & Structural works to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Liaise with consultants and contractors to facilitate project execution.
• Review technical submissions and provide feedback for improvements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
• Ensure all works adhere to safety requirements and regulations.
