Role Summary
The Senior Finance Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily income audit function for food and beverage and M Spa & Fitness. This role ensures the efficiency of the income audit team and maintains accurate income reporting within the accounting system.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the income audit team, collaborating closely with operational personnel to ensure compliance with internal control procedures. You will also prepare financial reports and assist with various ad-hoc assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily income audit function for food and beverage and M Spa & Fitness.
- Ensure the income audit team performs efficiently and effectively.
- Report any breaches of internal control procedures to the Assistant Finance Manager.
- Liaise with operational personnel to ensure accurate income reporting.
- Prepare and present financial reports as required.
- Assist with ad-hoc assignments related to financial operations.
- Lead, manage, and supervise the accounting function of a team of accounting staff.
Job Requirements
Possess a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or ACCA/CIMA/MICPA Level 2 or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in financial accounting and management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of SAP accounting software is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
