As a Senior Key Account Executive, you will be the primary contact for key customers, managing relationships to maximize revenue growth. Your role involves expanding client relationships, addressing customer concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations. You will also conduct internal audits and maintain departmental procedures to ensure quality and governance. In the Senior Executive role, you will implement marketing strategies, manage budgets, and oversee branding initiatives to enhance company visibility and customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering/Logistics or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience for Key Account Executive
Minimum 6 years of experience for Senior Executive
Proficiency in English, Mandarin preferred
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Valid driving license and own transportation required
Experience in testing, inspection, and certification is an advantage
