Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Agency Relationship Management is responsible for driving relationship management and strategic alliances across AIA's Agency Force. This role involves planning and executing business strategies to achieve sales expansion and top line targets while leading a team of Agency Channel Managers.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day relationship management activities and collaborate closely with the Agency Executive Team. You will implement strategies to grow customer segment sales and increase market share in both conventional and Takaful businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive relationship management initiatives across targeted groups.
- Plan and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of Agency Channel Managers.
- Implement segmentation strategies to enhance customer sales.
- Track sales performance and conduct coaching sessions.
- Address intermediary complaints and requests promptly.
- Collaborate with Client Management to bridge clients with Life Planners.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree Holder in any field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or the insurance/financial industry.
Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong presentation skills for both individual and group settings.
Experience in managing a sales team.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Strong communication and exception handling skills.
