The position is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching frontliners, managing campaign execution, supporting regional reporting, and ensuring business targets are met.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of working experience, preferably in Bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services.
Proven people management experience, including coaching, performance monitoring, and development planning for sales teams.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams to achieve performance targets.
Experience in conducting training, coaching sessions, and joint fieldwork to enhance frontliner capabilities.
Ability to assess team development needs and implement structured growth plans.
Solid understanding of Bancassurance products including Credit Life, Regular Premium, and SME Employee Benefits.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
Experience in preparing business performance reports and conducting sales reviews.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and bank partners.
Confident in delivering presentations and facilitating group discussions.
