Job Description
In this role, you will oversee daily operations related to sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration with bank partners. You will be actively involved in coaching sales teams and managing campaign execution to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance for Single Premium, Regular Premium, Credit Life, and SME Employee Benefits products.
- Coach and develop frontliners to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with bank partners.
- Support regional reporting and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to improve team performance.
- Assess team development needs and implement structured growth plans.
- Prepare business performance reports and conduct sales reviews to identify trends.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in Bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services.
Proven people management experience, including coaching and performance monitoring.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating sales teams.
Solid understanding of Bancassurance products including Credit Life and SME Employee Benefits.
