Job Description
Western Digital MY is seeking a Senior Manager for Learning & Development to lead our organizational development and training initiatives. This exempt position will be based in Bayan Lepas, with additional responsibilities at our Biñan HICAP Office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
As part of the Organizational Development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that align with our business goals. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.
