The (Senior) Manager, Royalty Processing (Inbound) is responsible for leading the royalties processing operations across the Asia Pacific region. This role significantly impacts the efficiency and accuracy of royalty cycles while fostering a high-performing team environment in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of royalty processing, ensuring timely and accurate completion of royalty cycles across multiple territories. You will lead a dedicated team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with various departments to align with global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing APAC royalty processing team of 4 based in KL, Malaysia.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development.
• Set strategic direction for royalty processing aligned with global goals.
• Standardize procedures across territories and markets.
• Leverage technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with digital licensing and finance teams to operationalize digital licenses.
• Evaluate third-party processing partners and DSPs.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and improve approval turnaround times.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of royalty cycles across all income types.
