Senior Specialist, Financial Reporting (Preferably With Banking Experience) – GXBank

The Senior Specialist, Financial Reporting is responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements for group, stakeholder, and BNM reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with MFRS and internal policies while enhancing the efficiency of financial processes.

The Senior Specialist will engage in day-to-day financial reporting activities, collaborating closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The work environment is dynamic, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements for group, stakeholder, and BNM reporting.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS and internal policies.
• Conduct month-end closing tasks, including journal entries and balance sheet substantiations.
• Handle tax-related preparations and submissions.
• Collaborate with finance team members for accurate reporting.
• Assist in audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Manage daily financial tasks while enhancing workflow processes for efficiency.
