The Shift Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / R&D Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and supporting production activities. This role involves troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and product development in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Job Description
As a Shift Engineer, you will coordinate daily production activities, prepare production reports, and investigate production issues while supporting plant trials. The Mechanical Engineer will focus on troubleshooting equipment and planning maintenance activities, while the R&D Engineer will design synthetic latex formulations and manage product development from lab to production.
