
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will manage the Warehouse DO and Courier Systems, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient processing of shipments while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and updating the Warehouse Delivery Order (DO) System and the Courier System. This role requires attention to detail and accuracy in processing shipments and deliveries. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient handling of goods, maintain inventory records, and assist in resolving any discrepancies in shipping documentation. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and compliance standards is crucial for success in this position.
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in warehouse management systems.
Proficient in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in English and Malay.
Familiarity with courier services and shipping procedures.
