As a Warehouse Admin, you will be responsible for managing and updating the Warehouse Delivery Order (DO) System and the Courier System. This role requires attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate tracking of inventory and timely processing of orders. You will collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining records and documentation related to deliveries and shipments, contributing to the overall effectiveness of warehouse management.
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Proficient in managing Warehouse DO System
Experience with Courier System management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
