Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the reliability of critical services.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement SRE practices.

- Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
- Reduce operational toil through automation and process improvements.
