Job Description
As a Unix System Administrator, you will manage and support enterprise-level Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems and middleware platforms. Your responsibilities include installation, configuration, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability of systems and applications. You will also automate routine tasks, monitor system health, and collaborate with application teams for deployment and configuration.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration
Proficiency in RHEL 7/8, JBoss EAP, Oracle WebLogic
Experience with IBM MQ and Apache Kafka
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Shell, or Python
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
