In this role, you will conduct thorough market research and engage with landowners and stakeholders to identify potential sites for expansion. You will work closely with the Data Strategy team to analyze inputs that inform cost implications and project timelines for site selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify strategic expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Data Strategy team to analyze site selection inputs.
- Coordinate the collection of due diligence materials from external representatives.
- Partner with engineers, consultants, and real estate professionals for feasibility assessments.
- Manage the due diligence budget for site selection activities.
- Support internal teams in preparing documentation for investment approvals.
- Analyze market data to inform site selection decisions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in site selection or real estate.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
