The Site Supervisor/Engineer (Roadworks) is responsible for conducting regular site visits to monitor and inspect roadwork activities. The role ensures that work complies with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards while coordinating with consultants, clients, and authorities regarding progress claims and project completion.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
Open to fresh graduates; candidates with experience in roadworks, infrastructure, or construction projects will have an advantage.
Knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and relevant standards is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel to various project sites.
Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
