The SOCIAL MEDIA GROWTH & VIDEO CONTENT SPECIALIST is responsible for enhancing social media presence through engaging video content. This role involves creating and optimizing short-form videos while employing growth strategies to increase audience engagement and reach.
Job Description
In this role, you will be actively involved in the daily creation and editing of short-form videos for various social media platforms. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on innovative marketing strategies and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post, edit, and optimize engaging short-form videos daily for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok.
- Employ growth strategies to boost followers, engagement, and views.
- Understand and develop trends by leveraging viral opportunities and platform algorithms.
- Monitor analytics to refine strategies and ensure top performance.
- Work independently, taking initiative and ownership of ideas and results.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new content ideas.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform changes.
Job Requirements
Aged 25 or below.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Open-minded and willing to learn.
Track record of growing social media accounts.
Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
Available full-time from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm at the office in Glenmarie/Shah Alam.
