The company focuses on social media platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Threads and seeks individuals aged 25 or below who are passionate about social media growth and have a strong understanding of trending videos targeting US and Australian audiences.
Job Requirements
Post, edit, and optimise engaging short-form videos daily for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok.
Employ growth strategies to boost followers, engagement, and views.
Understand and develop trends by leveraging viral opportunities and platform algorithms.
Monitor analytics to refine strategies and ensure top performance.
Work independently, taking initiative and ownership of ideas and results.
Be aged 25 or below.
Be proficient in both spoken and written English.
Be openminded and willing to learn.
Have a track record of growing social media accounts.
Have a strong understanding of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and audience behaviour.
Be available full time from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm at the office in Glenmarie/Shah Alam.
