The position includes handling inquiries, managing customer experience, supporting sales conversions, maintaining records, assisting with operational tasks, processing financial transactions, and collaborating with sales and operations teams.

Job Requirements

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email or messaging platforms.

Listen actively, handle complaints efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions.

Guide potential clients to purchase products and convert them to long term clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.

Support operations by ensuring a clean, organized work environment.

Assist in processing payments, transactions, and settlements accurately.

Work closely with the sales and operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Provide good customer service by understanding customer's feelings and expectations on products they plan to purchase.

Able to work independently and obtain sales through cold calling methods.

Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and comfortable using various social media platforms for outreach.

Fluent in English written and spoken.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

No experience required. Training is provided.
