Role Summary
The Software Support - HRMS is responsible for providing assistance to customers and dealers regarding HRMS products. This role involves troubleshooting issues and ensuring effective communication while working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage with customers and dealers through various communication channels to resolve issues related to HRMS products. You will maintain records of inquiries and solutions, ensuring timely follow-ups and collaboration with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding HRMS products.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and solutions provided.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on customer issues.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
- Assist in training customers on HRMS functionalities.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by team leaders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with POS hardware and Windows OS troubleshooting.
Service-minded and patient in communication.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
