The Lifetime Value Co. is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will manage a team of QA Analysts focused on delivering high-quality software while enhancing efficiency through automation and AI. Your leadership will drive modern testing practices and ensure quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
As a leader, you will mentor your team, establish high expectations for quality, and champion the use of AI tools to optimize testing processes. You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure that all releases meet established quality standards, while also promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within your team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
7-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
3+ years leading a team of QA Engineers or QA Analysts
Proven experience with manual and automated testing across web and/or mobile applications
Strong proficiency using AI tools to enhance software testing and productivity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
