Job Description
As a Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse at CENGILD G.I. Medical Centre, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care across various departments including Endoscopy, Ward, Operating Theatre (OT), and Outpatient Department (OPD). Your responsibilities will include preparing procedure rooms, assisting doctors during endoscopic procedures, monitoring patients' vital signs, and ensuring patient safety during recovery. You will also provide bedside nursing care, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Job Requirements
Registered Nurse with a valid Annual Practising Certificate from the Malaysian Nursing Board
Fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome, preferably with experience in endoscopy, daycare, or medical-surgical wards
Knowledge of endoscopic procedures, sedation protocols, and infection control
Strong observation skills and ability to act quickly in emergencies
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; good communication and teamwork abilities
Computer-literate (Microsoft Office, EMR systems)
