The role involves working collaboratively with IT, business partners, and vendors to support and enhance financial applications efficiently. The individual will provide technical guidance and support to users regarding application functionalities and workflows, perform initial impact assessments for change requests, and configure and maintain application parameters, workflows, and decision rules. The role also includes coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in application processes.
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Information System, or a related field.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in application support, loan processing, or financial systems support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to assist end users, troubleshooting and resolving application errors or workflow issues.
Ability to manage fixes, change requests and vendor interactions simultaneously.
Experience in SQL, credit or collection systems is an advantage.
