Role Summary
The System Analyst and Support is responsible for providing technical guidance and support for financial applications. This role collaborates with IT, business partners, and vendors to enhance application functionalities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Description
In this role, you will work collaboratively with various teams to support and enhance financial applications. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing technical assistance to users and managing application configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT, business partners, and vendors to enhance financial applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to users regarding application functionalities and workflows.
- Perform initial impact assessments for change requests.
- Configure and maintain application parameters, workflows, and decision rules.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in application processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application errors or workflow issues.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information System, or a related field.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in application support, loan processing, or financial systems support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Experience in SQL, credit or collection systems is an advantage.
