This role involves ensuring optimal functionality of both hardware and software components while providing technical support and assistance to clients.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage the daily operations of ANPR and Access Control systems, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. You will collaborate with clients for system commissioning and training, while also providing on-site technical assistance during deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of ANPR and Access Control systems.
- Configure and integrate system settings for optimal performance.
- Provide technical escalation support to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with clients for system commissioning and training.
- Conduct on-site technical assistance during system deployment.
- Perform system testing to ensure functionality.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in field-deployed systems.
Job Requirements
2–3 years of experience in technical support, system integration, or project implementation roles.
Familiarity with computer networking and system configuration.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to client sites.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
