Job Description
The role involves overseeing the daily operation and performance of ANPR and Access Control systems, ensuring both hardware and software components function optimally. This includes configuring and integrating system settings, providing technical escalation support, coordinating with clients on commissioning and training, and conducting on-site technical assistance and system testing during deployment.
Job Requirements
2–3 years of experience in technical support, system integration, or project implementation roles.
Familiar with computer networking and system configuration, such as IP networking, IP camera setup, and basic programming or SQL knowledge (advantageous).
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities, especially for field-deployed systems.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to client sites when required.
Able to respond on short notice and work outside normal business hours as needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented personnel who is capable of managing tasks within tight deadlines and dynamic environments.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and passionate about technology, eager to learn and adapt in a challenging tech company environment.
