The role is for a T&T Consultant at Deloitte Digital focused on designing user interfaces for websites and apps. The position involves collaborating with various teams to translate business and user needs into design solutions that are usable and aligned with technical capabilities.

The role involves collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to understand and address key business requirements. The position includes contributing to the definition and development of new features from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business needs, user needs, and technical capabilities. Responsibilities include delivering designs through concept sketches, wireframes, and production-ready compositions; designing motion and transitions to enhance interface feel; and creating consistent affordances to standardize usability across the product set. The role also entails partnering with other UX/UI designers and developers to deploy user-friendly, mobile-first customer experiences, overseeing product enhancements from concept to deployment and optimization, assisting senior design teams in creating design rationale and specifications, and advocating for clean, simple user-centered interfaces.
