The role involves providing Level 2 or Level 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support by troubleshooting production incidents, resolving issues, and monitoring fixes according to agreed Service Level Agreements. The position includes identifying root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes to reduce recurring problems, leading solution design discussions for enhancements, maintaining documentation, and adhering to AMS processes and client IT policies. Additionally, the role may involve participation as a project team member to support the delivery of solution applications, development of work products, preparation of presentation materials and documentation, and coordination of client communications. The position requires collaboration with diverse project team members to solve problems, improve performance, and generate value for clients, upholding firm standards and ethos. The role includes leading and coaching junior team members and contributing to business development activities such as proposal and presentation preparation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle medium to complex production incidents.

Experience in leading solution design discussions and estimating efforts for enhancements.
