Role Summary

The T&T Consultant - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP FICO) is responsible for providing Level 2 or Level 3 Application Managed Services support. This role involves troubleshooting production incidents, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements while collaborating with diverse project teams to enhance client value.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include monitoring production incidents and implementing solutions to improve application performance. You will work closely with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to recurring issues.
  • Lead solution design discussions and estimate efforts for enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with firm standards and procedures.
  • Adhere to AMS processes and client IT policies.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support project teams in the delivery of solution applications and development of work products.
  • Develop presentation materials and coordinate communications with clients.
  • Lead and coach junior team members to enhance their skills.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through proposal and presentation preparation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience in SAP FICO or related applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience in application support and managed services.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Leadership experience in guiding junior team members.
