T&T Consultant – Deloitte Regional Services Center Sdn. Bhd.

The T&T Consultant - ETP As Service/Operate (SAP Security) is responsible for providing high-level application managed services support. This role involves troubleshooting complex production incidents and ensuring compliance with service level agreements while collaborating with diverse project teams.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations by providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for application managed services. You will work in a collaborative environment, addressing escalated issues and contributing to project teams for application implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide second and third level AMS support for production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and manage problems to reduce recurring issues.
• Lead discussions on solution design and effort estimation for enhancements.
• Maintain documentation according to standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with standard AMS processes and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project teams in solution delivery and work product development.
• Prepare presentation materials and coordinate communication with clients.
• Coach and lead junior team members.
• Contribute to business development through preparation of proposals, presentations, and publications.
