This role is for a T&T Consultant specializing in SAP Security in Southeast Asia. The position focuses on providing Level 2 and Level 3 Application Managed Services support by troubleshooting complex production incidents, contributing to solution design, and participating in project delivery while collaborating with diverse teams and supporting junior members.
The role involves providing Level 2 or Level 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support by handling escalated issues through in-depth troubleshooting of medium to complex production incidents and ensuring resolutions meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). The position also includes conducting problem management to reduce recurring issues, leading solution design discussions for enhancements, maintaining documentation according to standards, and adhering to AMS processes and procedures. Additionally, the role may involve participation in project teams to support application implementation, delivery of solution applications, development of related work products, and coordination of communications with clients. The role requires working collaboratively with diverse project team members, upholding firm standards, leading or coaching junior members, and supporting business development through proposal and presentation contributions.
Ability to provide second and third level AMS support for production incidents.
Skill in performing root cause analysis and problem management to reduce recurring issues.
Experience in leading discussions on solution design and effort estimation for enhancements.
Ability to maintain documentation according to standards and procedures.
Compliance with standard AMS processes and procedures.
Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Capability to support project teams in solution delivery and work product development.
