The T&T Consultant - Sales & Service (Salesforce Functional) is responsible for leading the design and implementation of technology and creative business solutions. This role involves collaborating with key client stakeholders and digital experts to address complex client problems and support the digital team in proposal responses.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing business requirements and functional design within the Digital Sales and Marketing Automation domain. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle business requirements and functional design.
• Lead the design and implementation of technology and business solutions.
• Manage process design including scenario design, flow mapping, and customer journeys.
• Conduct prototyping, configuration, testing, and training.
• Define support procedures for ongoing projects.
• Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors.
• Collaborate effectively with digital experts across disciplines.
• Support the Digital team in RFP and proposal responses.
