T&T Senior Consultant – Deloitte Regional Services Center Sdn. Bhd.

The T&T Senior Consultant - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP Basis/Security) is responsible for providing Level 2 AMS support and collaborating with functional teams to resolve production incidents. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) while participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve troubleshooting and resolving production incidents of varying complexity. You will work closely with functional teams to deliver enhancements and maintain documentation in accordance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 AMS support and collaborate with functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents of simple to medium complexity.
• Deliver enhancements within agreed timeframes while maintaining quality.
• Maintain documentation according to standards and best practices.
• Adhere to standard AMS processes and client IT policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project teams in developing work products, presentation materials, and documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Uphold firm standards and ethos in all interactions.
• Assist in business development activities including proposal and presentation preparation.
