The role involves providing Level 2 AMS support for SAP systems by working with the Functional team to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents of varying complexity. The position includes delivering enhancements, maintaining documentation, adhering to AMS processes and client IT policies, and participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
The role involves providing Level 2 AMS support by collaborating with the Functional team to perform troubleshooting, resolve production incidents of simple to medium complexity, and monitor fixes in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). The candidate will also deliver enhancements, maintain documentation according to standards and best practices, comply with AMS processes and client IT policies, and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Ability to provide Level 2 AMS support and collaborate with functional teams.
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents of simple to medium complexity.
Skill in delivering enhancements within agreed timeframes and maintaining quality.
Competence in maintaining documentation according to standards and best practices.
Understanding and adherence to standard AMS processes and client IT policies.
Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to support project teams in developing work products, presentation materials, and documentation.
