As a Team Leader at AEON, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with customers and maintaining product accuracy. You will oversee the organization efficiency of the store, ensuring assets are well-maintained and safety protocols are followed. Additionally, you will lead employee training and development, motivating your team to achieve their goals while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Possessed at least Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.
2-3 years of working experiences in retail operations management/related field.
Computer literacy skill needed: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Team.
Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.
Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Have a strong interest in working in the retail sector.
Able to work shifts, overtime, work on weekends and public holidays.
