The Technical Service Executive is responsible for providing high-quality technical support and services to customers. This role involves a combination of fieldwork and administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will engage in various outfield services such as repairs, installations, and hygiene maintenance, while also handling in-house services for vacuum cleaners and SA repairs. You will be expected to maintain service levels that meet customer expectations and manage technical inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to outfield services including repair and installation.
• Conduct hygiene maintenance and in-house services for vacuum cleaners and SA repairs.
• Uphold service levels to meet customer expectations.
• Handle technical customer inquiries and provide solutions.
• Attend product inspections and prepare required reports.
• Manage administrative duties related to service orders.
• Track personal service orders and key performance indicators (KPIs).
