Job Description

The Technical Service Executive is responsible for attending to outfield services such as repair, installation, hygiene maintenance, as well as in-house services including vacuum cleaner and SA repair. The role involves upholding service levels to meet customer expectations, handling technical customer enquiries, attending product inspections, preparing required reports and quotations, managing administrative duties, and tracking personal service orders and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements

Possess at least Diploma / Degree.

Minimum 3 years of related working experience.

Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office and Email communication.

Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

You are well-organized and responsible with a positive attitude.

You keep the consumer and customer front of mind, bringing an outside-in perspective to encouraging cross-collaboration, and encouraging open feedback.

You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and across functions.

You can manage changing priorities with ease.

Good team player.

Demonstrate flexibility in providing coverage and/or availability.
