
The Technical Service Executive is responsible for providing high-quality technical support and services to customers. This role involves a combination of fieldwork and administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will engage in various outfield services such as repairs, installations, and hygiene maintenance, while also handling in-house services for vacuum cleaners and SA repairs. You will be expected to maintain service levels that meet customer expectations and manage technical inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree.
Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office and Email communication.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Well-organized and responsible with a positive attitude.
Good team player with the ability to manage changing priorities.
