
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for developing, supporting, and delivering solutions that operate across edge devices, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise environments. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and managing client relationships in a dynamic technology company environment.
The Technical Support Engineer at Tapway engages in day-to-day troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for customers and internal teams. The engineer assists users with setup and configuration while maintaining accurate support documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic knowledge of computer networking and operating systems.
Experience in project management or technical support fields is a plus.
Basic software or programming knowledge and basic network configuration such as SQL (optional), IP Networking, IP Camera Setting or Linux Operating System.
Must have own transport to travel to client's sites.
Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong leadership qualities and an unending willingness to learn.
