Role Summary
The Technical Support Executive - Casino Gaming Technology is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of casino gaming machines. This role involves ensuring optimal performance and reliability of gaming technology while leading a team of technical staff.
Job Description
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department/CGT Manager and will be engaged in daily supervision of technical staff and operations. The role requires a proactive approach to maintain and troubleshoot gaming machines to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of technical staff.
- Ensure all gaming machines are functioning optimally.
- Perform second-level troubleshooting on gaming machines.
- Repair controllers, LCDs, LEDs, and other components.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department on technical issues.
- Maintain documentation of machine performance and repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest gaming technology trends.
