
The Technical Support Executive - Casino Gaming Technology is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of casino gaming machines. This role involves ensuring optimal performance and reliability of gaming technology while leading a team of technical staff.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department/CGT Manager and will be engaged in daily supervision of technical staff and operations. The role requires a proactive approach to maintain and troubleshoot gaming machines to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in IT, Computer/Electronic Engineering, or its equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Casino Technical Supervisor.
Familiarity with Windows Servers, Database, and Networking.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
