Job Description
The Technician HVAC works daily to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC systems within the hotel environment, collaborating closely with a team of maintenance professionals under the supervision of the Facilities Manager. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions and failures.
- Monitor and adjust system controls to maintain desired temperature and humidity levels.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address facility-wide issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.
- Respond promptly to HVAC-related service requests from hotel staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in HVAC technology or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
Strong problem-solving skills.
