Role Summary
The Technician, Toll Equipment is responsible for maintaining the Toll Collection System and associated equipment. This role ensures the functionality of toll equipment to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
Job Description
In this position, you will perform routine and corrective maintenance on toll collection systems, traffic control, and surveillance systems, as well as office computers and peripherals. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on minimizing inconveniences to toll collection operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on toll collection systems and equipment.
- Perform corrective maintenance on defective toll equipment and accessories.
- Ensure the functionality of all toll booth accessories.
- Prepare performance reports for defective equipment by the end of each month.
- Follow maintenance procedures and schedules diligently.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Job Requirements
Certificate in Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Knowledge of toll collection systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Familiarity with traffic control systems
