Job Description
As a Telesales Executive, you will engage with potential clients through outbound calls, introducing them to our products and services. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on achieving monthly sales goals and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services.
- Arrange appointments for sales presentations.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve targets.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Report on sales activities and outcomes to management.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates and junior-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Must be confident, proactive, and comfortable communicating over the phone.
Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn are essential.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM proficiency.
Must be able to work full-time in the Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya area.
