1-3 years experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions
