As a Test Analyst (Officer), you will engage in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans in a dynamic work environment. You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to ensure software quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to analyze user stories.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or other bug tracking tools.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Perform regression testing to ensure software functionality after changes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve UAT issues.
- Ensure high standards of software functionality and performance.
Job Requirements
Experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
Proficient in developing, documenting, and executing test plans.
Skilled in defect tracking using JIRA or similar tools.
Ability to develop automated test scripts.
Strong communication skills.
