As a Test Analyst (Officer), you will ensure the quality and reliability of software products by developing and executing comprehensive test plans. You will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to identify and resolve UAT issues. Key tasks include story analysis, defect tracking using JIRA, developing automated test scripts, and performing regression testing to maintain high standards of software functionality and performance.
Job Requirements
Experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
Proficient in developing, documenting, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Skilled in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using JIRA or other bug tracking tools.
Ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
Experience in performing regression testing to ensure functionality after new changes.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with product owners, analysts, and developers.
