Job Description
As a Test Management Analyst, you will primarily conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for insurance products and marketing campaigns. You will execute end-to-end test plans, identify and report defects using JIRA, and collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure system enhancements and projects meet quality standards. Additionally, you will support automation testing efforts and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure seamless operational transitions and high-quality software delivery.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2-3 years of working experience in financial institutions.
Proficient in L400 and Sybase applications.
Strong command of English in both written and oral communication.
Relevant experience in test execution and knowledge of insurance processes.
Familiarity with reporting UAT defects in JIRA or similar tracking applications.
Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Experience or knowledge in automation testing and result verification.
Good understanding of business knowledge and operational requirements.
