Job Description

As a Test Management Analyst, you will engage in day-to-day testing activities, working closely with Business Analysts and other team members in a dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that system enhancements meet quality standards through rigorous testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for insurance products and marketing campaigns.
  • Execute end-to-end test plans to validate system functionality.
  • Identify and report defects using JIRA or similar tracking applications.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Support automation testing efforts to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for operational transitions.
  • Ensure high-quality software delivery through thorough testing processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2-3 years of working experience in financial institutions.

Proficient in L400 and Sybase applications.

Strong command of English in both written and oral communication.

Relevant experience in test execution and knowledge of insurance processes.

Familiarity with reporting UAT defects in JIRA or similar tracking applications.

Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Experience or knowledge in automation testing and result verification.
