The Test Management Trainee is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of automatic test equipment and programs within a manufacturing environment. Job Description
In this role, you will work under supervision to develop and qualify test applications, debug solutions, and enhance cycle times and yields. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on improving test coverage and diagnosability in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain automatic test equipment.
- Optimize test programs for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and qualify test applications for manufacturing operations.
- Debug test solutions from external vendors or customers.
- Collaborate with operations partners to improve test coverage.
- Monitor tester performance and participate in OEE improvement plans.
