Job Description
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of automatic test equipment and programs within a manufacturing environment. Working under supervision, you will develop and qualify test applications, debug solutions, and enhance cycle times and yields. The role involves collaborating with operations partners to improve test coverage and diagnosability, ensuring high-quality test solutions for complex products while participating in OEE improvement plans and tester performance monitoring.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Entry level to 1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to develop and qualify test applications into manufacturing operations.
Proficiency in debugging test solutions from external vendors or customers.
Understanding of test coverage, diagnosability, firmware, and user experience.
Capability to maintain tester performance and participate in OEE improvement plans.
Comfortable working in a normal office environment with extended computer use.
Ability to travel occasionally for professional requirements.
