Role Summary
The Test Management Trainee is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of automatic test equipment and programs within a manufacturing environment. This role involves collaborating with operations partners to ensure high-quality test solutions for complex products while participating in performance monitoring and improvement plans.
Job Description
In this role, you will work under supervision to develop and qualify test applications, debug solutions, and enhance cycle times and yields. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on improving test coverage and diagnosability in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain automatic test equipment.
- Optimize test programs for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and qualify test applications for manufacturing operations.
- Debug test solutions from external vendors or customers.
- Collaborate with operations partners to improve test coverage.
- Monitor tester performance and participate in OEE improvement plans.
- Ensure high-quality test solutions for complex products.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Entry level to 1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to develop and qualify test applications.
Proficiency in debugging test solutions.
Understanding of test coverage and diagnosability.
Capability to maintain tester performance.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
