In this role, you will interact with potential clients through various channels, providing personalized travel solutions and expert advice. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage leads from social media, website, ManyChat, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries.
- Consult clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
- Design customized itineraries for domestic and international travel.
- Provide expert travel advice and recommendations.
- Convert inquiries into bookings for island travel packages.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the travel industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Certificate or Diploma in Ticketing / IATA / Travel / Tourism / Hospitality.
Excellent knowledge of reservations systems (GDS) and IATA rules.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
