The Trade Marketing Manager role is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor and involves leading and developing category trade strategies to achieve business goals. The position requires collaboration with marketing teams to drive product launches and enhance sales through shopper engagement and effective promotion management.
The Trade Marketing Manager will lead and develop category trade strategies to achieve defined business goals. The role involves driving new product development with channel strategy, collaborating with marketing to develop launch materials, and leading efforts to leverage brand positioning to solidify the company's market position through customers and retail outlets. The manager will also be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring programs to increase presence and shopper engagement to boost sales, improving marketing planning and execution processes, and driving promotion effectiveness through ROI evaluation for customized plans and activations.
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Strong consumer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills in brand and shopper marketing, understand customer need and shopper journey.
Passion for results, creative solution, innovation with a thirst for fresh knowledge and experience.
Good organizational skills and attention to details in a rapidly evolving environment and development.
Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results and work to tight deadlines.
Minimum 5 years of trade marketing or category management experience.
Experience in Nielsen Advisor/ Retail Shelf Planner will be an advantage.
Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
