Job Description

In this role, the Trade Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day operations focused on executing trade strategies and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product launches. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of category trade strategies to meet business goals.
  • Drive new product development in alignment with channel strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective launch materials.
  • Leverage brand positioning to enhance market presence through retail outlets.
  • Develop and execute programs to increase shopper engagement and boost sales.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities through ROI analysis.
  • Improve marketing planning and execution processes to optimize results.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of trade marketing or category management experience.

Experience in Nielsen Advisor/Retail Shelf Planner is an advantage.

Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage.

Strong consumer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
