
The Internship IS Intern is responsible for providing technical support to end-users on various devices. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and network-related issues while managing Office 365 accounts and helpdesk systems.
The intern will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, assisting users with workstations, laptops, and mobile devices in a dynamic work environment. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be part of the December 2025 or January 2026 intake.
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Good written and verbal skills in Malay and English.
Experience in managing Windows 10.
Experience in network switching.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
