Job Description
The intern will provide technical support to end-users on various devices including workstations, laptops, and mobile devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and network-related issues, managing and administering the Office 365 company account, configuring networking equipment, and managing the Spiceworks Helpdesk and Inventory Monitoring system.
Job Requirements
Must be part of the December 2025 or January 2026 intake.
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Good written and verbal skills in Malay and English.
Experience in managing Windows 10.
Experience in network switching.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
