We are seeking a Training Operation Specialist to manage our LMS platform, oversee Malaysia HRDF compliance, and coordinate external training programs. This role involves day-to-day LMS operations, handling HRDF submissions, liaising with internal finance, and managing external training vendors.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in training operations, L&D support, or HR shared services
Hands-on experience with Malaysia HRDF/HRD Corp claims and compliance is required
Working knowledge of LMS administration and Excel/reporting tools
Strong coordination skills, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple vendors/tasks simultaneously
Good written and spoken English, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
