
The Trust Customer Service (Health Concierge) at Trust Health Asia is responsible for managing patient interactions, ensuring smooth visit experiences, and providing compassionate support during challenging moments while coordinating with the clinical team.
Manage the front counter alongside our clinical team — welcoming patients, coordinating flow, and making sure every visit runs smoothly even when it's busy. Be Trust's voice on WhatsApp, email, and social media — warm, accurate, and never leaving someone waiting too long for an answer. You will be doing it with marketing execs, dieticians, nurses and doctors, along side with our healthcare infra. Escort patients between stations so no one ever feels lost, rushed, or unattended — especially those who are in pain, unwell, or anxious about their visit. Be present in the hardest moments — when a patient is scared, confused, or in discomfort. You won't be the clinician, but you will be the person who makes them feel safe while they wait for one. Handle the small moments that carry the most weight — a long wait, a billing question, an upset family member — and handle them with patience, clarity, and care.
